Treasure hunt

"Woot!! Starting 12pm slt on Saturday, Vanity Universe (the skin fair) are having a St Patricks Day Hunt. Boxes of treasures will be hidden all over the sim, in shops or out, be sure to leave no blarney stone un turned!!!
The boxes have the Vanity Universe logo on them and are standard box size, so they shouldn't be too hard to find! Box number 8 WILL be worth hunting for!"

This message I got from my friend Thistle Stardust. I love surprises (wink, wink) so I went there. And yes I found some of the boxes. Go and take a look for yourself....

Dit berichtje kreeg ik van mijn goede vriendin Thistle Stardust. En ik hou wel van verrassingen, dus ik ben erheen gegaan. Altijd leuk natuurlijk. En ja ik heb wat gevonden. Meer verklap ik niet, gewoon even zelf gaan kijken......

E.T. and friends

Ik heb E.T. ontmoet. Ahh lief. Compleet met opgloeiend hart. En hij veranderde voor mijn ogen in tweety en Daffy Duck, lol. Dit zijn echt leuke special Avatars. Er zijn voornamelijk cartoon en filmfiguren. Dat wordt leuk op de eerstvolgende costume party (Leonietje!).

I met E.T. Soooo cute. And he changed in front of my eyes into tweety and Daffy Duck. Real funny and cute special Avatars. There are cartoon characters and movie characters. Great for the next costume party. Take a look at what Proteus Boyd made.

Harley Davidson shop

Ha jullie wisten het misschien nog niet, maar ik hou van motoren. En wat is natuurlijk dé motor? ja Harley Davidson. Ben even naar de showroom geweest en het ziet er gelikt uit. Helemaal goed. Elke biker zou hier even moeten kijken: Harley Davidson shop in Banshee.

In case you did not know, I like bikes. So I went to the Harley Davidson store and it sure looks good overthere. Bikers take a look for yourself at the shop at Banshee.

Cool shop

Ik heb nu een leuke winkel ontdekt: Savvy Avvy . Echt hele leuke, coole kleding. Deze jas komt er ook vandaan.

Beautiful international clothing

Dat is een tijd geleden. Ja ik weet het, maar ik was druk in RL, maar ik ben er weer.

Ik ben nu in een heel aparte winkel geweest waar je echt traditionele kleding kunt kopen. Van Afrikaanse tot en met chinese kleding. Dit had ik nog niet gezien in SL.

I been in a shop with totally awesome traditional clothing. From African to Chinese and all.

Haven't seen this in SL before.

Nice place with different shops

Ik heb een heel leuk plekje ontdekt. Het heet Canada, maar het lijkt er helemaal niet op. Er zijn daar tropische hutjes met art shops. Leuk bedacht en weer eens wat anders. Elke hutje heeft zijn eigen thema.

I discovered a nice spot. It's called Canada, but it has tropical huts with art shops. Every hut has it's own theme.

Great animations

Jullie vragen je misschien af wat ik op deze foto’s aan het doen ben? Ik was in de winkel van Loufa Shilova. Ze heeft een winkel vol animaties. Het leuke is dat je zelf de animaties kunt uitproberen. Ze heeft echt allerlei soorten zoals, lopen, vallen, vechten, springen, dansen en acrobatisch. Ik heb voor het eerst een salto gemaakt, hehehe.
Echt even gaan kijken, ze is niet duur en verkoopt ze ook per bundel.

Maybe you are wondering what I am doing on these snapshots? Well I visited Loufa Shilova’s shop. She sells all kinds of animations like walking, fall down, jumping, fighting and acrobats. Did my first salto, hehehe. You have to take a look, it’s not expensive and you can by a bundle. You can try out the animations first.

Zaken dames opgelet! Business ladies, attention!

Ook als we aan het werk zijn willen we er leuk, gekleed maar toch aantrekkelijk uit zien. Thistle Stardust heeft dat goed begrepen en heeft een aantal leuke setjes gemaakt (zie foto’s). Je kunt er formeel uitzien, maar als je bijvoorbeeld je jasje thuis laat zie je er opeens heel anders uit. Ga eens in haar winkeltje kijken, ze is echt heeeel goedkoop. Dat moet de Nederlandse dames toch aanspreken.

Even when we are working we want to look formally, but attractive. Thistle Stardust knows that and made some nice outfits (see pictures). You can look formal, but if you for example leave the jacket home, you got a complete different look. Take a look at her shop, her clothes are reaaaally cheap.

Funny shopping

Ik kwam bij een hele leuke megawinkel terecht. En daar heb ik voor het eerst gewinkeld met een winkelwagentje. Je moet hier echt even naar toe, prachtige spullen voor je huis, om zelf te bouwen, voor kantoor, voor de tuin, textures etc. En hele leuke kadootjes. Maak gebruik van de teleporter, want dat is echt hilarisch.

I accidently landed in this big shop. They have really nice stuff for house, office, garden, presents and so on. Use the teleporter to shop. You get a shopping car, and that is really funny.
